Thank you for shopping with Larue! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve made our return policies as simple as possible.

Returning Collection Bags

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’ve purchased one of our Collection Bags, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return it. To qualify for a return, the bag must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at laruemia@icloud.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
  3. Once we receive your bag in its original condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returning Custom Made Bags

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen one of our Custom Made Bags, designed with your unique specifications. Since each bag is made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that your bag is exactly what you want. If you have any questions or need help while choosing your materials, colors, or details, please reach out—we’re here to make sure you’re thrilled with your custom bag!

Exchanging Bags

We currently don’t offer exchanges, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your Collection Bag (as outlined above) and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll either offer a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

* Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

* Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated based on your location. 

* International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Europe, but stay tuned as we plan to expand soon!
